Shaped by you. Driven by possibilities.
Emuability was created from a genuine passion for supporting people with disability to live more independently, confidently and on their own terms.
With extensive hands-on experience in disability support and community-based care, we understand that every person is different. Each participant has their own goals, preferences, routines and way of doing things. That is why we believe support should always be personal, respectful and centred around the individual.
Our experience includes supporting people with everyday activities, personal care, household tasks, community participation and developing practical skills for greater independence. We also have a strong understanding of the NDIS and the importance of working together with participants, families, support coordinators and other professionals to provide consistent and meaningful support.
At Emuability, we are committed to providing services that are safe, reliable and aligned with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework. We place a strong focus on respecting each participant's rights, dignity, choice and independence.
As we continue to grow, our goal remains simple: to provide support that people can trust. We take the time to listen, understand what matters to each participant and support them to achieve their goals in a way that works for them.
Our vision
To create an inclusive community where people with disabilities feel safe, empowered, and able to make their own choices.
Our approach
Independence is the main aim, with support as the means to get there. We work through genuine relationships — building trust, listening to lived experience, and staying flexible when life changes. We're also committed to strengthening collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and local service networks.

You pay us directly and claim reimbursement through the NDIS portal. You choose exactly which services and providers to use.
